Account Deletion Request

You can use this page to request deletion of your Coinage Finserv account and the personal data associated with it. This is a support-based request — submitting the form below does not delete anything immediately or automatically. Our support team manually reviews every request, verifies the requester's identity, and processes eligible requests directly against our records.

Some information may need to be retained even after a request is approved, where applicable financial or regulatory record-keeping obligations require it (for example, KYC and transaction records — see our Privacy Policy, Sections 5 and 7). If any part of your request cannot be fully honored for this reason, our support team will explain why when they respond to you.
