1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Coinage Micro Finance website and mobile app (together, the "Services"), operated by Coinage Micro Finance Pvt. Ltd. ("Coinage", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age;
  • Complete and pass our KYC verification before making any investment;
  • Maintain only one account per person — creating or controlling multiple accounts is not permitted.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your name, mobile number and email address, and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you were referred by another user, a valid referral code is required at registration to establish that referral relationship.

4. Investment Plans

Specific investment plan terms — including tenure, applicable rate, and any conditions — are as shown in the app at the time you make an investment and are subject to change. Headline figures shown on this website are indicative only and do not override the terms confirmed in-app.

Investment requests are reviewed and approved manually by our team and are not automatically approved. All investments carry risk, and we do not guarantee any specific rate of return beyond what is expressly stated in your confirmed plan terms at the time of investment.

5. Wallet & Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your wallet are subject to manual admin approval and, where required, OTP verification. Processing times may vary and are not guaranteed to complete instantly. Any applicable charges, early-withdrawal conditions or penalty terms are shown in the app before you confirm a withdrawal request.

6. Referral Program

Users, Advisors and Super Advisors may earn referral income according to the rates and trigger rules displayed in the app for their referral tier. We reserve the right to modify referral rates and rules at any time, with changes applying prospectively. Referral income is not guaranteed and depends on the referral activity and rules in effect at the relevant time.

7. KYC & Compliance

You must provide accurate Aadhaar, PAN and other KYC documents. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in rejection of your KYC, suspension of your account, or other action we consider necessary. We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account that fails KYC verification or that we reasonably suspect is providing inaccurate information.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to:

  • Engage in fraud or attempt to deceive us or other users;
  • Create or control multiple or fake accounts;
  • Misuse the referral system, including through fake referrals or self-referral schemes designed to generate artificial commissions;
  • Upload false or forged KYC documents;
  • Otherwise violate applicable law or these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coinage Micro Finance Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for investment losses beyond any amount expressly and contractually guaranteed to you at the time of investment, nor for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including outages, third-party service failures, or regulatory action).

10. Account Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, provided false KYC information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by law or regulation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including as our Services evolve or as these Terms undergo formal legal review. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
